How Varmala Preservation Works

1. Send Your Keepsakes

Once your wedding celebrations are over, send your varmala, flowers, or other keepsakes to our studio.

📦 You can ship them to us yourself or choose our pickup service across India for an additional ₹400.

Please note: For the best preservation results, your varmala should be completely dried before shipping.

2. Receive a Design Preview

✨ Once we receive your keepsakes, our team carefully inspects them and starts planning your piece.

We’ll share:

• Design options

• Layout suggestions

• Size recommendations

This allows you to visualise how your memories can be transformed into a beautiful keepsake before we begin.

3. Approve Your Favourite Design & Pay

✅ Once you’ve chosen your favourite design, simply approve it and complete the payment.

Your memories are now ready to become something truly special.

4. We Create Your Keepsake

🎨 This is where the magic happens.

Our artisans carefully work on your flowers and keepsakes, preserving them and transforming them into a timeless piece made especially for you.

Every piece is handmade and handled with care because we know we're not working with just flowers — we're working with a memory.

5. Delivered To Your Doorstep

🚚 Once your piece is ready, it is securely packed and shipped to you.

And just like that, a part of your wedding day comes home to you — ready to be treasured for years to come. ❤️

How To Dry Your Varmala Before Sending It

Proper drying is one of the most important steps for getting the best preservation results.

1. Hang your varmala

After your wedding, hang your varmala on a curtain rod, hook, or nail.

2. Let it dry naturally

Allow it to dry at room temperature and give it enough time to dry completely.

3. Keep it away from moisture

Avoid:

• Refrigerating it

• Keeping it in plastic bags

• Direct water contact

• Moisture or damp areas

4. Wrap it carefully

Once your varmala is completely dry, gently wrap it in newspaper or tissue paper.

5. Pack it safely

Place the wrapped varmala inside a sturdy cardboard box before shipping it to us.

The better protected your keepsake is during transit, the better we can work with it once it reaches our studio.
