Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. However, our dedicated team will reach out to you to provide a preview of your customized item before production begins. Once we receive confirmation from you, we proceed with crafting your piece. Final photos of the completed artwork will be shared with you before shipping to ensure your satisfaction. As such, no claims for return or exchange will be accepted after confirmation and shipment.

Quality Assurance: Our Quality Check team meticulously inspects each product to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a missing item in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to operations@blissta.in

Refund/Replacement Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a missing item in your order, you must record a video of opening the package to demonstrate that the product was already defective upon arrival. Please include your order number along with the unboxing video in your email to operations@blissta.in. Refunds or replacements will not be processed without the parcel opening video as evidence.

Complaint Resolution: Our team will respond to your complaint within 2-5 working days and work with you to address the issue. If you are deemed eligible for a refund or replacement, we will communicate with you promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
